About Professional Dental Arts
Professional Dental Arts can trace its beginning to
early 1960 when founder, Nelson Allen entered military service and began his
extensive and comprehensive training as a dental laboratory technician. His
eagerness along with the opportunity to embrace the finest technical training in the
world combined to put Nelson on a life long career path that would touch an
untold number of dental professionals and their patients. The exacting quality
and restoration standards demanded by the military indelibly impressed Nelson.
They became the keystones of Professional Dental Arts and
central to its business philosophy and long term success.
Upon his discharge Nelson began a five year apprenticeship with an
Arizona lab. Upon completion, he and a partner opened a
dental lab which rapidly became a success.
For the next few years, Nelson worked
diligently to enhance his knowledge, gain a wide range of experience and
fine-tune his skills with the intent that someday he would establish a dental
lab in which he would be the sole owner. Here, he would fabricate restorations of such
exceptional quality based on strictly enforced standards that they would put his lab
in a class all its own. It was at this time that Professional Dental Arts was
born.

Since 2001, Nelson’s sons, Randy and Mitchel own
the business they have grown up in. They too, share their dad's passion
for excellence and firmly believe the restorations they produce are a
direct reflection on their family name and reputation! They hold
steadfast to the business principles their father taught them and they
have mastered the intricate skills required to excel in this business.
While Nelson is retired, he is occasionally called upon to exercise his
considerable skills.
Under Randy and Mitchel's
direction the company continues to grow and prosper. It serves dental professionals
throughout Arizona as well as several other states. |
